I like the direction you are going. I think, as we discussed during the critique, that if you change the background of the right side as the pages change, you should also do something along the same lines with the navigation area. I think I suggested during critique doing a gradient, but using two different shades of the color that will be on the right. So, for example, when the right side is red, make the gradient go from a dark red to a lighter red. I hope that makes sense. I think it was mentioned when you presented the idea in the beginning to include the other “arts” somehow on the page as well. You are only showcasing the visual arts with the easel, and even though it is only on the home page, it might offend those who aren’t visual artists. I like the structure of the design overall, it seems very clean, very simple, and very easy to navigate. I look forward to seeing it when it’s completed!
